The following conditions determine the rules under which Bed and Breakfast accepts reservations for the rental of the rooms above.

Prices

The prices offered are comprised of Italian-style breakfast, service and taxes, unless otherwise defined.

Booking

The reservation is effected by the payment by money order or bank transfer, a share equal to 30% of the stay, and the sending of a fax of the receipt of payment by the date the cancellation stabilita.Pena the reservation.

Payment Types

Payment must be settled in cash upon arrival at B&B, unless otherwise determined.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of cancellation by the customer any penalties will be quantified as follows:

• Within 30 days before date of arrival, no penalty, the deposit will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs.
• After this period, and up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded at 50%, minus shipping costs.
• case of cancellation 6 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited in full.

Force majeure

Where for reasons beyond the control of Bed and Breakfast, if the accommodation was not booked agibile, it reserves the right to assign another place with the same characteristics of your choice.

Costs of gas and electricity

The costs of water, gas and electricity for domestic consumption (including heating and air conditioning) are included in the price unless otherwise specified at time of booking.

Pets

Pets can gain access to housing upon request at the Bed and Breakfast approval. In this case the customer will be charged a sum of € uro 30.00. For additional cleaning to be paid with the balance.

 Jurisdiction

In case of disputes regarding reservations and rentals, is only applicable Italian law and only the court has jurisdiction of Crotone. The subscription of the reservation implies knowledge of the General Conditions. If any conditions of this contract be or become invalid or if in this contract should be a gap, the validity of the remaining conditions can not be called into question.

 Protection of personal data

In accordance with the provisions of the law 675/96 on the protection of privacy and personal data, the data processing is done within the rules of confidentiality and security required by law.
